·         Create and help you post several 4 color, 11 x 17 laminated posters that explain trip details. These are usually posted in the locker rooms and card rooms or wherever you think would be a prominent location.

·         Produce information packets that explain the trip in detail and leave them for your members at your golf shop.

·         Create flyers and/or postcards to promote the trip.

·         Write articles for your monthly newsletter promoting the trip.

·         Register members, provide trip itineraries, information packets and answer all inquiries.

·         Handle deposits and payments.

·         Offer incentives such as commissions, discounted or even complimentary trips depending on the size group that participates on your trip.
