ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Caddie fee: $ 25.00 per caddie, per round. One caddy per group is mandatory on the Teeth of the Dog. Fee is paid in cash upon completion of round directly to the caddy.
2. We will have planned group dinners on our first (01/31/24) and last nights (02/06/24).
3. Most of the restaurants require reservations for dinner. After that first night you’ll have five nights where you can dine wherever you want. So it’s a good idea to make your dinner reservations at the guest services desk, which is just around the corner from the check in reception area.
4. There are many activities available for you in the afternoons. Some of these activities include: the beach, & water sports, bike rentals, equestrian & polo, swimming pools, running trails, a shooting center, a spa treatment center and tennis. Please review the list upon arrival.
5. We strongly recommend you purchase Trip Insurance. We suggest you buy the kind that pays for forfeited, non-refundable, unused payments or deposits if due to: Sickness, injury, or death of you, your Family Member, Traveling Companion, or Business Partner.

Our group will stay in Elite Patio Rooms, located on the first-level, these rooms have been re-created to feature contemporary design elements like rich mahogany wood and native stone. This uniquely relaxing atmosphere is complimented by a private terrace, allowing guests to fully experience our beautiful natural surroundings. Each Elite Room With Patio includes:one king or two double beds; central air-conditioning; and local artwork provide a tranquil setting to enjoy the 42" LCD flat screen TV; alarm clock radio with dual dock for iPod and iPhone; high-speed wireless internet; telephone with voicemail; mini-bar; walk-in closet with safe deposit box; iron and ironing board; hair-dryer, scale, lighted make-up mirror and Luxury bath amenities by L’Occitane. Casa de Campo is widely recognized as the number one golf resort in the Caribbean. We have been taking groups there for many years and our clients absolutely love it. That is why John and Judy Harlow asked us to organize this special trip for their Maryland Golf friends. All participants will receive Elite Patio Rooms which have been more recently renovated and are a bit more spacious and modern than the Lodge Rooms we've used in the past.
